It’s a rising trend across the country: successful transportation funding ballot measures include bicycle and pedestrian projects.

Faced with stagnant federal funding for transportation, states and localities are increasingly turning to the ballot box to raise money for crucial transportation improvement funds. On a recent Alliance for Biking & Walking Mutual Aid Call - in partnership with Advocacy Advance - advocates from around the United States discussed transportation ballot measures and how to strengthen campaigns for stronger local connectivity.
