Advocacy Advance is out to help states fully fund, fully staff and fully implement bicycle and pedestrian projects under MAP-21. In 2012, Congress passed the current federal transportation bill, MAP-21. With reduced and weakened dedicated funding, this bill is a disappointment for advocates – but eligibility for bicycling and walking projects remain. Advocacy Advance works with state and local advocates and agency staff to maximize the federal funding that is available for bicycle and pedestrian programs and projects. Learn more >>
